Timothy J. McAlpin has been involved in real estate since 1986, wherein he obtained his real estate license that year. Tim's flagship company, High Street Title Company Inc., started in 1986, has been a major force in the title industry. High Street Title Company Inc., a multistate company, was responsible for changing the turn times on title products for what was then about two to three weeks to 48 hours when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac asked Tim if he could make this significant change in the industry, which Tim agreed to make happen. This was no small accomplishment. As a result, High Street obtained the lion's share of the business for many years, doing about 85% of the foreclosure title business in the region. Not only that, but High Street remains a major player for the Department of Justice for various title needs through the Corps of Engineers, the IRS, and federal forfeitures. Tim also functions as an expert witness in title claims or title abstracts. Tim has a BA Degree from the University of Kentucky and attended Asbury Seminary and Regent University College of Law. Tim is also an author of several books, enjoys writing, and is an avid horseman.
