This farm design was created by and built by Tim McAlpin in 2004. This was Tim's personal residence from 2003-2007. The quintessential small farm design in the Bluegrass. The house was built in a restricted subdivision where each lot is 5 acres. A beautiful setting and complete with barn and horses.
