LEGAL FINANCING
A division of JD McAlpin Group Inc. is our legal financing division. We concentrate on getting you financed with the right lawyer for your legal claim and providing the financing for that claim. Often people will have a claim that is too big for some lawyers to take on without payment to keep them going. We provide that financing. Often a lawyer cannot represent you without having been paid upfront to cover his or her time and expenses. Also, we can provide you with our negotiations for that claim where you can get more money than you could have received by meeting alone to negotiate with your lawyer.
